The Ministry's decree about Underage Wizards
Decree no. 1
Out of concern for safety, underage wizards of Muggle-born origin are obliged to contact the Ministry of Magic through adult guardians. Witches and wizards at the age of 16 and 17 can apply to have the decree removed from them.
Explanation
As I am already an adult, I want the young people of this site to be safe. However if people who are aged 16 and 17 (and only these ages) feel comfortable being followed by me (without any personal interaction) please let me know.
